The Introductction
The Application & Function
Pefloxacin indication
Pefloxacin is third generation quinolones have broad spectrum antibacterial action, and their antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial activity are similar to that of piperfluoric acid. Inhibit or kill bacteria by interfering with DNA replication and protein synthesis. It has strong antibacterial action against Staphylococcus aureus, and has very strong antibacterial action against a variety of gram-negative bacteria and strains resistant to ampicillin and TMP cephalosporin. It is as effective against intestinal bacteria and the third generation cephalosporin, but has poor effect on anaerobic bacteria, tuberculosis bacillus and clostridium. Resistance is less likely to develop. It is used for sepsis, bacterial meningitis, respiratory tract, urethra, kidney, liver and bile, gynecological diseases, bone and joint infections.
This product belongs to fluoroquinolones, and its antibacterial action and mechanism in vitro are referred to Norfloxacin. This product is a new fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent with broad-spectrum activity against G- and G+ bacteria, including enterobacteriaceae, Pyomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter, Haemophilus, Neisseria and Staphylococcus (including methicillin-resistant strains). Its resistance to staphylococcus aureus was similar to that of vancomycin, but its resistance to pseudomonas aeroginosa was not as good as that of and Cetazidine, and it was also effective for some polyvalent resistant strains and methicillin-resistant bacteria.
