Cefminox has a strong affinity with penicillin binding protein, can inhibit the synthesis of bacterial cell wall, and bind to peptide polysaccharide, inhibit peptide polysaccharide and lipoprotein to promote the dissolution of bacteria, and show strong bactericidal activity in a short time. It has strong activity against gram-positive and negative bacteria, and the bactericidal power is strong and rapid.
